Relief Boiler Operator (Full-Time or Part-Time Available)

Sprung Services is seeking a qualified Relief Boiler Operator to join our team. This position is available in either a Full-Time or Part-Time capacity, depending on candidate availability.

This role is responsible for covering shifts at various job sites throughout Minnesota. Operators are dispatched to facilities to run and monitor boilers during scheduled shifts.

This position does not have a set schedule. Candidates must be willing to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Travel within Minnesota is required.

• Travel throughout Minnesota required
• Pay range: $36–$42 per hour, depending on job site location

Candidates must hold one of the following valid Minnesota boiler licenses:

• 1A
• Chief A

• Operate and monitor boilers during assigned shifts
• Maintain safe and efficient boiler operations
• Complete required logs and documentation
• Monitor and maintain proper water chemistry
• Respond to system issues and make necessary operational adjustments
• Communicate with facility contacts and Sprung Services management
• Follow all safety policies and regulatory requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

• Valid Minnesota 1A or Chief A boiler license (required)
• Strong knowledge of high-pressure boiler operations
• Ability to work independently in different facility environments
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Willingness to travel and work flexible hours
• Strong communication and organizational skills
