Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a dedicated Production Associate to join their team. As a Production Associate, you will be an integral part of the manufacturing department supporting the extruder production line. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent manual dexterity, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Production Associate
Location: Minneapolis, MN
Position Type: 1-Year Contract-to-Hire
Pay Rate: $20.00/hour
Shift: Night Shift (Sunday night to Friday morning, 11:00PM - 7:30AM)
What's the Job?
- Operate and monitor extruder machinery to ensure continuous production uptime.
- Produce high-quality products efficiently, adhering to customer specifications.
- Set up and start extruder equipment, checking all controls for safety and proper operation.
- Prepare and package materials according to specified procedures and customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate documentation and complete required paperwork for each production run.
What's Needed?
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Valid Fork Lift Operator's License preferred.
- Manual dexterity and strong quantitative skills.
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and safety guidelines.
- Willingness to follow safety protocols and work in a manufacturing environment.
