Order Picker
Support the production floor and perform inventory control, cycle counting, and root cause analysis functions. You will be trained and developed to eventually lead an inventory team of two people. Additionally, you will assist in all aspects of the material handling role. This role involves selecting orders for the production floor using pallet jack and hand cart equipment.
Responsibilities- Perform daily cycle counts using paper lists in both buildings.
- Report findings to the inventory lead for system entry.
- Utilize Excel to enter inventory data once trained.
- Conduct root cause analysis as needed.
- Select orders for the production floor using pallet jack and hand cart equipment.
- 1+ year experience in inventory control and cycle counting.
- Experience with root cause analysis is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and data entry.
- Strong computer skills, particularly in Excel.
Skills & Qualifications
- Experience in inventory within a manufacturing setting is required.
- Knowledge of inventory accuracy and supply chain operations.
- Warehouse experience is necessary.
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $21.00/hr.
