Machinist - Day Shift

Responsibilities

• Set up, layouts and programming
• Collect data from inspections
• Process troubleshooting
• Light maintenance
• 1st article inspections

• Five years manufacturing and trouble-shooting experience on CNC Swiss
• Two years layout and set-up experience/or capacity to learn on CNC Swiss
• Two years manufacturing, trouble-shooting, programming, and set-up experience on CNC Swiss.
• Good math aptitude and good blueprint reading abilities.
• Good understanding of SPC and the basic elements of TQM and GD&T

Skills:

• Needs to have solid communication skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Candidate must be able to get along and work with others and be able to work overtime if need be.
• Needs to maintain compliance with company’s policies and procedures
• Maintain clean and organized work environment
