Production Manager, Operations Manager
Responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading how materials, production, and inventory flow through the bakery. This role owns the master production schedule, oversees material planning, and leads the teams responsible for purchasing execution, warehouse operations, and office support. This is a leadership role focused on planning, systems, and cross-functional alignment. You will work closely with Manufacturing, FSQA, Warehouse, and Leadership to ensure the bakery is set up to run efficiently, stay supplied, and meet commitments.
This role will play a major part in stabilizing and optimizing Net Suite ERP and improving how the company plans, buys, tracks, and executes.
Ideal candidates will have the following:
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain, production planning, or operations leadership
- Experience owning production schedules and material planning
- ERP experience required (Net Suite strongly preferred)
- Strong Excel and data analysis skills
- Experience leading people and cross-functional teams
- Manufacturing or food/CPG experience preferred
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable in fast-moving environments
