Production Supervisors – (1st & 2nd Shift)

About the Role(s):

As a Production Supervisor, you’ll oversee 20–30 hourly associates and be directly responsible for driving efficiency, safety, and performance. You’ll work in an environment that values initiative, smart decision-making, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Shifts Available:

• 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00/6:00 PM
• 2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–10:00 PM (launching soon)

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead production teams
• Manage daily operations, including labor allocation and line performance
• Monitor and improve yield, shrink, and case-per-labor efficiency
• Ensure safety, quality, and productivity standards are met
• Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement
• Partner with leadership to support plant-wide goals and initiatives

• Food & beverage operation
• 70,000+ cases produced weekly
• 110+ hourly employees | Union environment with strong relationships
• Strategic growth plan with a goal to double volume

What We’re Looking For:

• Production leadership experience in food manufacturing
• Strong people skills with the ability to coach, resolve conflict, and lead by example
• Understanding of yield, shrink, and labor efficiency metrics
• Problem-solver with common sense, sound judgment, and a drive for results
• Root cause thinker who can quickly assess issues and implement improvements
• Open to candidates with high potential and a strong attitude—even if still growing into a leadership role
