In product development and manufacturing, you will focus on improving processes, reducing costs, and leveraging digital technologies.

• Analyze product development life cycles, identify bottlenecks, and develop strategies to enhance speed to market, reduce costs, and improve quality.
• Implement lean manufacturing principles and optimize supply chain integration.
• Leverage digital technologies such as digital twins, IoT, and cloud solutions to drive manufacturing excellence.
• Lead and develop high-performing, diverse teams, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

• Bachelor's degree required;
  Master's preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in manufacturing or related fields.
• Proven success in project management and client consultation within manufacturing or product development sectors.
• Experience with digital manufacturing applications (MES, QMS, CMMS), digital twin, and Industry 4.0 technologies.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Salary range: $130,000 - $256,000 plus discretionary bonus. Benefits include health coverage, 401k, paid leave, and more. Applications accepted until filled.
