To succeed as a full-time PPC Administrator at Hangar 901, you bring the following skills and qualifications:

• Commercial training or a comparable qualification
• Initial experience in HR or production planning is a plus
• Confident handling of MS Office
• Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
• Strong organizational skills, team spirit, and communication abilities

As a PPC Administrator, you will:

• Analyze production requirements and develop resource allocation plans
• Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards
• Implement measures to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Provide administrative support to production managers and assist with contractor onboarding (Erfurt and Hahn)
• Identify and resolve bottlenecks or inefficiencies in production
• Act as a liaison between quality assurance and production planning for training and knowledge transfer
• Respond to unforeseen events or emergencies affecting production schedules
• Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate activities and resolve issues
• Report daily KPIs and monitor working hours in production
• Achieve internal benchmarks and performance indicators
