Shifts Available: 1st & 2nd

Location: Minneapolis, MN

As a CNC Operator, you will work with modern CNC machines—Mori Seiki Mills, Kitamura Mills, and Fanuc‑controlled Robodrills—to produce high‑precision components for industries such as automotive, medical, and military.

• Operate a variety of CNC mills and lathes
• Perform G & M code edits, tool changes, and machine troubleshooting
• Maintain tight tolerances for precision‑critical parts
• Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, CMMs, gauges, and other inspection tools
• Read and follow blueprints, setup sheets, and technical documents

• 1–3 years of CNC operating experience, or a machining trade school degree
• Prior production machining experience
• Experience running CNC mills or lathes
• Ability to inspect parts produced on CNC equipment
• Solid shop math skills
• Understanding of GD&T and familiarity with G & M Codes

You will work in a modern CNC department that performs secondary operations on production parts. The team uses multiple Haas mills, turning centers, and Fanuc Robo‑Drills, providing a stable, efficient, and high‑quality production environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $28.00/hr.
