In this role, the primary responsibility is to produce high‑quality inks for our customers. You will learn all of the processes and equipment and use our PLC‑driven Human Machine Interface (HMI) equipment to produce the best quality product on time while practicing safety as a top priority.

• Review batch tickets – read, understand and follow
• Provide samples to lab
• Pack product into designated containers; labeling containers
• Report near miss incidents and improvement opportunities
• Equipment cleaning, plant cleaning, waste disposal
• Forklift operation
• Understand SAP inventory
• Tub washer
• Gather and weigh ingredients (scale operation)
• Stock rotation / minimization of partial containers
• Ingredient traceability
• Operate and troubleshoot mixing equipment
• Combine ingredients in designated sequence
• Training others
• Preliminary quality checks
• Wear appropriate PPE at all times & maintain a clean work area and work safely
• Participate actively in all plant safety initiatives, programs and training sessions
• Follow all standard operating procedures with respect to performance of position duties

• High School Diploma or GED preferred, or pass a pre‑employment screening assessment
• Experience with quality control and safety procedures
• Capable of repeatedly lifting 55 lbs. and standing for long periods of time
• 1+ year of experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• Experience with mixing, measuring and/or weighing

• 1+ year of experience in a production/manufacturing environment
• Experience with batch manufacturing
