The Supply Chain Manager oversees key supply chain functions including materials planning, scheduling, purchasing, inventory control, and warehousing. The role ensures timely delivery of customer orders while maintaining optimal inventory levels.

Hours:
7:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Monday‑Friday
Compensation:
The anticipated starting salary range for this position is $80,000 to $100,000. The exact salary may be determined on a combination of factors including the candidate’s knowledge, experience, skills, abilities, and education.

Essential Functions
- Manages and directs supply chain staff to ensure on‑time delivery of customer orders while maintaining assigned inventory levels.
- Trains and educates staff on the use of supply chain management techniques, various business systems, varieties of reports and other related tools to ensure timely and economical completion of customer requirements.
- Analyzes existing procedures and opportunities for streamlining activities to meet manufacturing needs.

Required
- Analysis, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication skills to convey information in reports, meetings, and status reports
- Ability to interact with customers and build a positive company reputation
Preferred
- 5 or more years of production control / scheduling experience
- Experience with aerospace, defense, and / or semiconductor industries
- Direct supervisory experience with a passion for leadership and team development
- Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM) and / or Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP)
