CNC Mill Machinist

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Minneapolis, MN, for a CNC Mill Machinist. Operate and monitor milling machines, ensure proper machining of metal components, and maintain consistent product quality through precise adjustments. Responsibilities include interpreting technical drawings, performing equipment maintenance, and ensuring machinery operates efficiently. The role also involves adhering to safety standards and collaborating with the production team to meet deadlines and maintain manufacturing goals.

• Proven experience in CNC Machine Operation and Machining
• Strong skills in Milling and working with Machinery
• Proficiency in executing and maintaining Quality Control processes
• Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and specifications
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to operate industrial equipment
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or trade school training in machining is a plus
• Previous experience in manufacturing environments preferred
