• Candidate must have experience in First Article (Set-Up), In-process, and Final inspections.
• Visually inspect machined parts for defects, (burrs, edge breaks, surface/tool blends etc.) to ensure they meet Customer specifications and quality standards.
• Maintain accurate records of Final & In-process inspections, First Article, PPAP and data collection.
• Assist in identifying and resolving quality issues, working with other team members and teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and processes.
• Maintain compliance with the company’s policies and procedures.
• Maintain clean and organized work environment.
• Maintain compliance with ISO 13485, ISO 9001-AS9100 certified procedures and practices

• Minimum 1 year experience
• Must be able to interpret blueprints with GD&T and have practical and/or formal training in Inspection documentation.
• Experience in the use of and programming OGP/CMM (vision system), statistical/data software, complaint & CAPA documentation and experience with supplier communication is a plus.
• Individual must have experience using inspection tools (micrometers, calipers, drop indicators, thread gauges, plug gauges, comparators, microscope, etc.) Candidate must know how to apply measurement techniques to dimensions.

• Needs to have solid communication skills and the ability to work under minimal supervision.
• Candidate must be on time for the start of your shift and be able to work overtime if needed. Candidate needs to be a self-motivated team player with a good work ethic and produce quality work in a timely fashion.
