1st Shift: 5:00am-3:00pm Monday-Thursday
Full benefits package is included!
Starting wage: $17.50 - $19.00 hourly with opportunity to grow
- Adherence to company policies, ISO and any other special job requirements
- Sufficient Mechanical Skill to set-up and run winding machinery
- Count wire turns on a variety of coil forms
- Lead-out and stacking (hand stacking under a microscope or utilizing a large stacking machine)
- Solder by dipping or using solder iron
- Utilize taping methods for transformers and coring
- Perform quality testing as detailed in provided process instructions
- Accurately fill out required documentation throughout production process
- Assist in training new employees
- Pull up, write, and input programs into programmable machines and troubleshoot as needed
- Record time and quantity produced on timesheets daily
- Perform other duties as assigned
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent along with job specific training
- Minimum six months relevant experience in related industries
- Basic understanding of ISO requirements, quality audits and corrective action
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, speak and understand the English language
- Ability to follow written, oral & diagram instructions
- Use measuring instruments, i.e. ruler, caliper, Optical Comparator
- Good eye-hand coordination
- Previous work with microscope
- Ability to effectively problem solve
- Ability to work independently or on a team
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
