Job Title: Maintenance Tech (Production/Manufacturing) - Experienced

Shift: 6am - 2pm, Monday - Friday (+ OT as needed)

Wage: $29.00-$36.00/hourly + DOQ

Signing Bonus: $1500 (current employees are not eligible for signing bonus)

Role: This position is specific to the Production/Industrial/Manufacturing trade. It is pivotal to our success and requires a versatile person who can keep the production line running. Mechanical aptitude to fix equipment (pumps, basic electrical issues, etc.). Welding is a plus. Familiarity with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.

Position Duties
  • Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of all machinery and equipment used in the plating/manufacturing process.
  • Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment to maximize production efficiency and minimize downtime.
  • Perform basic electrical, mechanical, plumbing, welding, or carpentry work as needed.
  • Work closely with production teams to ensure timely repair and preventive maintenance while adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • May include on-call during nights and weekends.
  • Maintain a warehouse environment with exposure to heat, humidity, dust, and noise.

  • Upholds company policies and procedures
  • Reads Work Orders/Repair Orders
  • Performs scheduled preventive maintenance on production/manufacturing equipment
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic equipment
  • Monitor equipment and take corrective actions before downtime impacts production
  • Ensure equipment operates safely and in accordance with quality standards
  • Document maintenance activities, inspections, and parts replacements
  • Assist in installing and commissioning new machinery to meet production needs and safety standards
  • Maintain inventory of maintenance supplies and spare parts
  • Follow safety protocols, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO)
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and lean manufacturing
  • Other duties as assigned
Skills Required
  • High school diploma or GED; technical training or certification in maintenance or related field is a plus
  • 2-5 years of experience in a manufacturing/production environment preferred
  • Regular and reliable attendance
  • Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English
  • US citizenship or authorization to work in the US
  • Ability to read a ruler/tape measure and analog clock
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to follow instructions
  • Basic math and geometry
  • Welding experience is a plus
  • Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
  • Experience with diagnostic tools and equipment (multi-meters, PLCs, hand tools)
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of safety regulations in an industrial setting
  • Comfortable with computers, tablets, and MS Office
