Job DescriptionWe are seeking a detail-oriented Operator & Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for building and inspecting components, operating precision laser machines, and ensuring all products meet strict quality standards. You will play a key part in maintaining efficient workflows, supporting continuous improvement, and collaborating across production areas.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble and inspect components with accuracy and attention to detail
- Operate laser machines, CNC equipment, and other specialized tools
- Follow established manufacturing processes and meet production deadlines
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of work performed
- Keep a clean, organized, and safe workstation in compliance with cleanroom standards
- Use hand tools and microscopes for precision work
- Clean and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Prepare finished goods for packaging and shipment
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and team collaboration
- Assembly & machine operation
- Medical device manufacturing & packaging
- Laser operation (including CNC laser systems)

Skills & Qualifications
- Experience with laser marking, laser welding, or ablation is a strong advantage
- Candidates with this specialized laser experience may qualify as Operator II
- Without prior laser experience, candidates can still begin at Operator II level with training and support
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $26.00/hr.
