• 1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM

• 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM – 6:00 AM (7-hour shift)

Schedule: Monday–Friday

Pay Range: $19.00 – $20.00 per hour

Bring your precision and focus to a hands-on role where you’ll produce quality metal parts using CNC machinery. As part of our production team, you’ll operate equipment, inspect components, and keep everything running smoothly and efficiently.

• 🛠️ Operate CNC lathes and/or milling machines with accuracy and attention to detail
• 📐 Manufacture metal parts that meet exact print and blueprint specifications
• 🔍 Perform in-process inspections using calipers, micrometers, and pressure gauges
• 🎯 Maintain consistent production rates while ensuring product quality
• 🧰 Conduct routine machine maintenance to ensure equipment runs at peak performance

• Hands-on experience operating CNC lathes or mills
• Solid understanding of basic math (machine shop math preferred)
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and part specifications
• Familiarity with precision measuring tools
• Experience or working knowledge of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing (GD&T) is a plus
• CNC programming or setup experience is a strong advantage

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Technical training or coursework in machining (preferred, not required)
• A strong mechanical aptitude and a drive for quality
• Willingness to learn and grow your machining skills in a fast-paced environment
