Job Title:
Finishing Operator Assistant
Join our dynamic team as a Finishing Operator Assistant, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our finishing operations. You will be responsible for inspecting products for printing defects, packing completed orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment. Collaborate with various departments to support workflow improvements and adhere to company safety regulations.
Responsibilities- Inspect products for printing defects with great attention to detail.
- Box and pack completed orders for shipping.
- Observe company work rules and safety regulations.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with teams to enhance workflow and continuous improvements in finishing operations.
- Solid reading, math, and problem-solving skills.
- Clear and effective communication in English, both orally and in writing.
- Effective time management skills for handling multiple projects.
- Excellent interpersonal, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
- High levels of customer service and prompt response to internal customer inquiries.
Skills & Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and stand or bend throughout the shift.
- Visual acuity and dexterity of hands.
- Preferred:
One or more years’ experience in a manufacturing environment. - A Plus:
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and ISO quality systems.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr.
