Manual Machine Operator
Join a dynamic team where you will be responsible for setting up and operating Bridgeport Manual Mill and Lathe machines. You will work on 1-4 jobs at a time, creating and making adhesive products, equipment, and parts for a diverse range of customers. Your role will include inspecting machine parts using micrometers and calipers, ensuring precision and quality in all outputs.
Responsibilities- Set up and operate Bridgeport Manual Mill and Lathe machines based on work instructions and blueprints.
- Work on multiple jobs simultaneously, focusing on creating adhesive products, equipment, and parts.
- Inspect machine parts using micrometers and calipers to ensure quality standards are met.
- 2+ years of experience in Manual Machining.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.
Skills & Qualifications
- Technical Degree in Machine Tool Technology is a plus.
- Experience with manual mill, lathe, and drill press operations.
- Knowledge in machine operation, grinding, and CNC.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
