Manual Machine Operator

Join a dynamic team where you will be responsible for setting up and operating Bridgeport Manual Mill and Lathe machines. You will work on 1-4 jobs at a time, creating and making adhesive products, equipment, and parts for a diverse range of customers. Your role will include inspecting machine parts using micrometers and calipers, ensuring precision and quality in all outputs.

• Set up and operate Bridgeport Manual Mill and Lathe machines based on work instructions and blueprints.
• Work on multiple jobs simultaneously, focusing on creating adhesive products, equipment, and parts.
• Inspect machine parts using micrometers and calipers to ensure quality standards are met.

• 2+ years of experience in Manual Machining.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting blueprints.

• Technical Degree in Machine Tool Technology is a plus.
• Experience with manual mill, lathe, and drill press operations.
• Knowledge in machine operation, grinding, and CNC.

This is a Permanent position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00/hr.
