• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and reassemble used machinery
• Assemble new machinery gantries and portable presses
• Fabricate and machine parts as needed
• Wire up motors, control panels, safety systems
• Prep and paint finished products
• Prepare items for shipping
• Load/unload trucks if designated
• Produce timely and detailed labor reports
• Effectively manage time and resources to meet deadlines and ensure quality
• Keep tools and equipment organized and properly maintained
• Assist other production teams as needed
• Consistently arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance
• Work both independently and collaboratively
• Practice personal and environmental safety on the job using protective equipment such as safety glasses, hearing protection, respirators, etc.

• Mechanical experience working with mechanical drive components, bearings, sprockets, chains, loading, unloading, and moving heavy industrial equipment
• Proper use of hand tools, power tools, and shop equipment: welder, plasma cutter, Oxy/Acetylene torch, bandsaw, ironworker, drill press, mill, lathe
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Expert mechanical background
• Physical ability to lift at least 50-70 pounds and perform repetitive motions, standing, kneeling, bending over for long periods
• Work both independently and collaboratively
• Drive a forklift and use lifting devices
• Interact professionally and work well with the team and customers
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED and valid identification
