The Inventory Specialist will manage the inventory of all vehicles at the facility within company timelines, using company-provided tools to document vehicle condition and inventory. Responsibilities also include directing vehicle flow in the receiving area to ensure timely processing and providing solutions to meet customer needs.

• Monitor, maintain, and organize the receiving area.
• Operate camera and handheld inventory device to process incoming vehicles.
• Determine operational capability of motor vehicles and complete inventory inspections (TLEs) on required vehicles.
• Maintain inventory of all materials used.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work outdoors in all seasons.
• General automotive knowledge/mechanical aptitude preferred.
• Basic computer proficiency; ability to operate handheld devices preferred.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Driver's license preferred.
• Bilingual skill a plus.

Pay: $20.03 - $22.58 per hour
