We're looking for an Operations Manager who brings innovation and leadership to drive operational excellence. In this role, you will oversee manufacturing operations within a key value stream, ensuring safety, quality, delivery, and cost objectives are met while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

• Lead and direct the operations team to meet safety, service, cost, and efficiency goals.
• Manage daily production activities to achieve commitments and implement improvements.
• Drive process optimization through improved systems, tooling, and equipment.
• Lead and participate in cross‑functional projects and kaizen events to support continuous improvement.
• Act as a key liaison for customer interactions, ensuring strong communication and responsiveness.
• Monitor performance metrics; implement countermeasures and recovery plans for missed targets.
• Recommend and execute changes in production capability, equipment, and staffing to support business plans.
• Collaborate with Sales/Marketing and other functions to address customer and market needs.
• Manage departmental budgets, including expense and capital planning.
• Foster a culture of engagement, accountability, and hands‑on problem‑solving among team members.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in manufacturing operations leadership, including 2+ years managing supervisors.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver results in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical, data‑driven approach to problem‑solving.
