Production Associate - Coatings – Nordic Ware

• Follow all safety regulations, company policies, and standard operating procedures.
• Load and unload products onto the paint line, washer, and oven conveyor belts.
• Inspect parts to ensure quality standards are met; promptly report any issues to the Group Leader.
• Clean and maintain fixtures as directed by the Supervisor or Group Leader.
• Assist with scheduled preventative maintenance and booth filter changes as needed.
• Use electric pallet jack or stacker lift to move parts between production areas.
• Complete production paperwork accurately and on time.
• Always maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Properly dispose of hazardous waste according to company procedures.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or the equivalent (preferred).
• 6+ months of experience with manufacturing equipment or machines (preferred).
• Strong team player with a positive attitude.
• Effective communication skills with Supervisors, Group Leaders, and co‑workers.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Basic math skills; proficiency with a calculator.
• Good organizational skills and ability to follow instructions.
