Prior experience and knowledge of mobile tours, experiential events, and leading teams is required.
THE TASK AT HAND
- Lead the strategic development, planning, and execution of experiential marketing events, campaigns, and programs ensuring they align with clients' objectives
- Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and equipment setup
- Ensure project feasibility is established and achievable for both time and cost, and proactively develop alternative solutions when required
- Create and manage detailed production schedules, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate and manage external vendors, contractors and estimates
- Oversee event staff and volunteers, providing clear direction and support effectively addressing and resolving on-site issues during events
- Monitor on-site activities and troubleshoot any issues to ensure the seamless execution of events and executional excellence
- Manage multiple projects independently with professional execution and be able to adapt the plan without sacrificing the integrity of the end product
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in experiential marketing and apply innovative ideas to enhance event experiences
- Complete budget reconciliation comparing production expenses on the P&L to the budget, ensuring job profitability
- Complete a post-activation report identifying wins, learnings and opportunities
- Mentor and guide Producers and Associate Producers, contributing to their professional development
- 6-10 years of experience working on-site at events and activations
- Mandatory experience and positive track record of success in producing experiential marketing events, including: sponsorship and contract development, integration and management of influencer programs, transportation and logistics, permitting and legal documentation, onsite sales, asset concepting and development, footprint layouts, management of onsite staff
- Experience leading mobile tours
- Proficient with Google Suite of Applications and Microsoft Office
- Willing to travel as necessary, up to 20%
- Experience leading and managing multiple teams, contractors, and vendors
- Exemplify dynamism, flexing between the big picture and small details
- Ability to work independently and anticipate what needs to be done
- Willing and eager to prioritize diversity and inclusion, especially when working with external and internal partners

This role offers a salary range of $60,000 to $80,000 per year. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications as they relate to the requirements of the position.
