Mo' Bettahs is coming to Minnesota and we are looking for a District Manager to lead opening this new market for us!

Base compensation varies depending on experience starting at $75k—$90k DOE, and our two bonus programs - with a monthly payout potential, and an additional amount for a long-term incentive.

A typical day as a District Manager at Mo' Bettahs is pleasant and upbeat! You will mentor & lead your team of General Managers in various locations. You will wear many different hats, but your primary responsibilities oversee the development of the Mo' Bettahs brand daily. You will be the contact for all business operations within your district. You will ensure the growth and development of your teams within the district, especially regarding deployment, team building, and strategic people development.

The District Manager reports directly to the Director of Operations. The DM will handle the day-to-day operations while building and executing a strategic plan to deliver same-store sales growth, improve the guest experience, and instill a culture of positivity and growth.

• 3+ years of restaurant leadership experience with at least 2 years of multi-unit leadership experience

Mo' Bettahs is a taste of paradise, founded by brothers Kalani and Kimo Mack in 2008 in Salt Lake City, Utah. Position requires qualified individuals to see, hear, and speak (verbally and audibly). Required to ascend and descend stairs; sit and stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 30 pounds; bend, stoop, and kneel. May be required to work outside in various weather conditions. May be required to work on a computer for extended periods of time, including viewing the screen, using a mouse, manipulating a keyboard with hands, and reaching with arms.

May be asked to drive or travel by car, air, or other transportation for business purposes. Must be able to function effectively in a fast-paced working environment. Must be able to report to work responsive, free from sedatives, and in a non-sedative state. Must disclose prescribed and/or over-the-counter pharmaceuticals that may impair or affect the ability to perform the job's essential functions.
