Responsibilities- Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes for assigned business units
- Oversee general ledger functions, reconciliations, journal entries, and close activities
- Ensure all transactions comply with GAAP and internal company policies
- Identify process improvement opportunities and partner with leadership to implement
- Develop and maintain internal controls, ensuring regulatory compliance and asset safeguarding
- Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting and payroll team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support operations and strategic initiatives
- Lead financial and operational integration activities for newly acquired entities
- Evaluate acquired team structures and recommend alignment with regional best practices
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field
- 10+ years of technical accounting experience
- 3+ years of management experience
- Salary Range: $150,000–$210,000

Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
This role is based in the Twin Cities. Applicants must currently reside in Minnesota or are planning to relocate to Minnesota in the near future.
