Maintenance Operations Manager

The Operation Manager is responsible for the overall management of Maintenance services performed while adhering to the Southview Design sales process and core values. Responsible for the operation of our landscape maintenance services

Typical job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Four-year College or University program degree or certificate; or four (or more) years related experience and/or training.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Managerial occupation. Minimum 3 years of experience in Landscape industry preferred. Strong effective communication skills. Time management skills. Must have a valid driver’s license, and an insurable driving record. Computer skills, creative problem solving, personnel management, organization, and customer service skills/experience preferred. Bilingual
-Spanish a plus.

Must be able to lift/carry materials up to 50lbs on a regular and consistent basis, move about the work site. Requires extended periods of activity including, walking, standing, kneeling, bending, and lifting, up to 100% of a workday.

Exposed to exterior elements (i.e., pollen, chemicals, cold and heat etc.). External environment with all weather and terrain exposure.
