Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Community Manager to oversee the operations of our multifamily residential community in St. Anthony, MN. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in property management, exceptional leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering unparalleled resident satisfaction. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively coordinate all aspects of community management while fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for residents.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the multifamily property, ensuring the highest standards of maintenance and resident satisfaction.
  • Lead and mentor a team of property staff, providing guidance and support in achieving performance goals.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain residents, fostering a strong sense of community.
  • Coordinate leasing activities, including touring potential residents, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.
  • Manage the financial performance of the property, including budget planning, expense control, and financial reporting.
  • Facilitate effective communication with residents, quickly addressing concerns and resolving issues to maintain a positive living environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations, as well as property-specific policies and procedures.
  • Monitor the condition of the property and oversee maintenance requests to ensure timely and quality resolutions.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in property management, specifically within the multifamily sector.
  • Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial reporting.
  • Excellent leadership and team development skills.
  • Superior communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the community.
