Infrastructure Program Manager

Capital Planning and Infrastructure Program Lead
* Direct Reports:
None
* Analyze Infrastructure vs Non-Infrastructure project pipeline for strategic alignment
* Identify bundling opportunities, potential project cancellations, and scope gaps
* Recommend portfolio adjustments to maximize organizational value and efficiency
* Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in accounting, business, architecture, engineering, construction management, or a related field (MBA preferred)
* Minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in program management, infrastructure, or related fields, with a strong background in real estate and construction program/process management
* Demonstrated experience in cost and schedule management, financial planning, facilities management, and construction project management
* PMP, PgMP, or Six Sigma certification strongly preferred
* Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
* Basic knowledge in estimating software and benchmarking tools
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to research, track, and apply benchmark schedule and budget data
* Experience developing project charters, business justifications, and risk assessments for diverse infrastructure projects
* Proven leadership abilities
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work through ambiguity
* High level of initiative, responsibility, and flexibility
* Ability to influence senior executives and drive consensus across cross-functional teams
