Corporate Recruiting Sr. Manager at Artech L.L.C.The Sales Manager is responsible for the management and growth of the IT staffing business in Minneapolis, MN market, along with servicing local clients with their national staffing requirements. The Sales Manager is the business unit leader and is responsible for ensuring operational and financial objectives are achieved. The Sales Manager coordinates activities with the various matrixed functional leaders within Artech to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
Responsibilities of the Sales Manager will include but may not be limited to:
- Identify, recruit, hire, train, coach, motivate (and terminate) and retain branch team members especially sales team members
- Responsible for sales management including sales leadership, sales forecasting, and new business development
- Responsible for growth, maintenance, development, and profitability of the branch
- Prepare branch business plan and budget and lead staff to reach financial objectives
- Manage P & L and budget for revenue, gross margin, and spending
- Increase market share by leading and overseeing sales, service delivery and recruiting efforts in branch
- Partner with Recruiting Lead to evolve and optimize service delivery model and ensure proper staffing and skills
- Ensure client satisfaction and triage to create solutions regarding customer-related issues;
Responsible for guiding and targeting the new business development process ensuring the appropriate business mix to reach business goals - Attend industry network events and lead or participate in panel or client sales presentations;
Responsible for client retention including ensuring scorecard metrics are achieved - Conduct weekly staff and training meetings as well as periodic business review meetings. Administer monthly performance management, ongoing evaluations, and compensation
- Interface with Corporate Accounting/Finance, HR, IT and Marketing functions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree required
- 5+ years IT staffing industry Management or Sales Management experience required
- Branch leadership and sales/business development experience required
- Experience with commercial, BFSI, Retail sectors, and system integrator preferred
- Ability to teach, train and build a successful sales team
- Ability to multi-task and manage multiple priorities
- Ability to learn new concepts, applications, and technologies quickly
- Has an entrepreneurial spirit, is a self-starter, and thinks outside of the box
- Ability to deal with changing priorities to complete tasks in a short period of time
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills
- Strong business development, negotiation, and influencing skills
- Executive-level presentation skills delivering effective sales strategic presentations to clients
- Solid commitment to sales and customer service with good initiative and follow-through;
Comfortable interacting at all levels within an organization - 10 + years overall staffing industry experience
