We’re seeking a dynamic Marketing Director to lead marketing for our C-store and Top Chains business—one-third of our $1B Food service portfolio. In this role, you’ll shape marketing strategies, set goals, and drive go-to-market execution, all aligned with our mission to be the fastest-growing global food company. - Direct the marketing efforts through assembling, leading, and managing the channel management team to maximize sales and profitability.
- In partnership with the product team, direct the development of the long‑term portfolio vision and innovation plans.
- Identify market trends, competitive threats, and customer strategies to grow sales and market share.
- Develop and execute the analytics required for strategic category and customer plans.
- Make recommendations for pricing and promotion strategies.
- Maintain a strong working relationship with the Sales organization, leading development of customer targeting work, insight development and innovation planning with current and new customers.
- Lead, mentor, and develop direct reports while collaborating with cross‑functional marketing teams to build a best‑in‑class marketing organization.
- Develop marketing budget as part of overall business unit budget.
- Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent professional experience), MBA preferred, and a minimum of 10+ years of marketing leadership experience, ideally in the food service industry.
- Innovation and commercialization leadership involving market trends, competitive threats, and customer strategies.
- Ability to inspire the organization to create leverage and establish cross‑function and cross‑department synergies.
The base salary range for this position is $132,750–$221,250 annually, with eligibility for a 30% annual incentive bonus based on organizational performance.
