The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining strong internal controls, and supporting business leadership through analysis and insight. This role leads accounting processes in a fast-paced environment and may supervise accounting staff while partnering cross‑functionally.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience in accounting or finance, with management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, internal controls, and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.

• Strong proficiency in SAP.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, financial analysis).
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
