Apple Roofing is currently seeking a Field Supervisor to join our team. As a Field Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing roofing projects in various locations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of roofing crews
- Ensure the quality andtimelycompletion of roofing projects
- Inspect work progress and perform quality checks
- Address any issues or concerns raised by customers or crew members
- Maintainaccuraterecords of materials used, labor hours, and project expenses
- Collaborate with sales and production teams to meet project deadlines
- Train and mentor new employees
- Prior experience in the roofing industry
- Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials and installation techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA certification is a plus
