Reports To:
Operations Manager

• Create schedules and supervise the labor force for the facility.
• Work with management to establish productivity goals and manage labor hours to achieve the goals.
• Cross‑train employees to further develop talent and coach employees to achieve career goals.
• Understand P & L statements and make adjustments when necessary to maximize profitability for the facility.
• Enforce company safety rules and conduct monthly safety meetings.
• Develop relationships with employees to understand their needs and increase employee morale and engagement.
• Coordinate transportation and disposal with company and brokers to remove materials from the site in a timely and efficient manner.
• Work closely with maintenance department to ensure all equipment remains in working order and scheduled services do not interfere with operations.
• Communicate any safety or operational issues to the management team immediately.

• Ability to supervise a large staff.
• Strong problem solver who can make decisions in the best interest of the company.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.

• Regularly required to sit, use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms, and talk or hear.
• Occasionally required to stand and walk.
• Must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds.
• Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Work indoors and outdoors, subject to weather extremes, dust and noise.
• Sporadic local travel required.
