As a Regional Director of Operations, you are the architect of excellence across your market ensuring every store maximizes sales and promotes our iconic brand.

• Drive Sales & Profitability: Develop short and long-term financial plans to build market share. Partner with GMs to execute local store marketing, co-promotions, and community events that drive guest counts.
• Lead & Mentor: Be a coach to your Managers. You’ll be accountable for management training, retention, and stability, ensuring every unit has a pipeline of future leaders.
• Master the Standards: Teach and enforce the highest standards of Quality, Service, and Cleanliness (QSC). You’ll ensure guest satisfaction and maintain ratings through regular audits and coaching.
• Manage Operations: Provide complete oversight of P&L performance, labor controls, and food costs. You’ll resolve unfavorable trends and ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
• Protect the Asset: Monitor preventative maintenance, conduct cash/keystroke audits, and ensure all units represent the brand with pride.

• Proven Multi-Unit Leadership: Extensive experience as an RDO or Area Manager in fast-casual, full-service, or QSR concepts.
• Strategic Financial Acumen: A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and managing P&Ls.
• Passion for People: A contagious drive to mentor and build high-performing, stable management teams.
• Operational Expertise: A “hands‑on” approach to quality control, with the ability to identify problems and develop swift, alternative solutions.
• Community Focus: An outgoing personality with the ability to build authentic, meaningful relationships with the community and key vendors.
• Commitment to Excellence: A deep understanding of food safety, labor laws (EEO/OSHA), and guest service standards.
