As a General Manager, you take full ownership of our branch operations across key downtown and/or airport locations. You inspire your team, make smart business decisions, and ensure every customer experience is exceptional.

YOUR ROLE AT SIXT

Youmanageall operational aspects of designated branches, including downtown and/or airport locations

You develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with business requirements, enhance operational processes, and foster employee engagement

You spearhead revenue growth strategies, analyze costs effectively, andoptimizeincremental sales opportunities

You provide strategic oversight of business operations to ensure alignment of resources, training, and infrastructure to meet set targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

YOUR SKILLS MATTER

Experience& EducationYou hold aBachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field preferred with5+ years of relevant work experience in sales, businessdevelopmentor customer service.

Organization & Customer ServiceYoudemonstrateatrack recordof meeting and exceeding sales targets and operational KPIsandsuccessful leadership experience in sales operations driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction
