* Essential Job Functions:

**** Culture and Leadership
*** Champion the organization’s core values in all leadership and decision-making.
* Foster a positive, inclusive workplace culture that promotes safety, engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvement.##
** Operations Management
*** Oversee daily operations to ensure KPIs are met.
* Forecast 30 days ahead to monitor staffing needs, P&L metrics, and productivity.
* Collaborate with team leads and support staff for efficient resource coordination.
* Interpret and analyze operational data from various sources.
* Manage facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety.
* Ensure compliance with FTA, DOT, DHS, and STS regulations.##
** People Leadership & Development
*** Hire, train, and retain high-performing operations staff.
* Implement regular coaching sessions and development planning with team leads.
* Promote employee engagement and recognition initiatives aligned with company culture.
* Manage employee relations in coordination with HR.##
** Continuous Improvement & Strategic Support
*** Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and service quality.
* Lead or participate in cross-functional projects supporting growth and innovation.
* Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting, and operational planning.## ##
** Qualifications
* ** Proven leadership experience in operations management, preferably in transportation or logistics.
* Strong understanding of regulatory compliance (FTA, DOT, DHS, STS).
* Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage budgets and interpret financial data.
