Global Marketing Manager (based in Tucson, AZ)

Our client is seeking a strategic and innovative Marketing Manager to lead the global direction of their product lines, associated services, and customer solutions. This role will guide product strategy, portfolio development, and roadmap execution across multiple market segments. The leader in this position will drive business growth, champion cross‑functional collaboration, and ensure that product strategies align with long‑term organizational objectives.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in product development leadership, the ability to manage complex initiatives, and a track record of building and developing high‑performing teams. This individual must be proactive, market‑focused, analytical, and skilled at working with senior leadership.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary marketing organization, including product management, market strategy, and technical specialists.
  • Develop and oversee the overall strategy for product planning and execution, including roadmap development, product lifecycle management, SKU optimization, and pricing strategies.
  • Partner closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to enhance product performance, quality, and delivery.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to grow the business in high‑potential markets globally, ensuring regional insights and customer feedback are integrated into strategic priorities.
  • Direct the creation and execution of marketing tools, promotional programs, market research, competitive analysis, sales enablement content, and product positioning.
  • Collaborate across the organization to ensure alignment between strategic product direction and business objectives.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, marketing, or a related discipline.
  • 10+ years of experience in product development, product marketing, or product management, including leadership of product teams and ownership of product portfolios.
  • Experience managing managers and developing talent within product or marketing organizations.
  • Preferred background in international business or global product launches.
  • Experience in new market development or commercialization of technical products.
  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with demonstrated success collaborating with senior executives and technical teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic‑thinking capabilities, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Willingness to travel up to 30%.
