Compensation- Base salary: $60,000 annually
- Uncapped bonus opportunities:
Average managers earn an additional $1,500–$3,000 monthly; top performers exceed $4,000 monthly.
- Dynamic Leadership:
Lead a motivated team of canvassers, inspiring them to exceed goals and reach new heights. - Recruitment:
Seek top talent, conduct phone screenings and interviews, and place the right people in the right seats. - Mentorship:
Provide ongoing mentorship and actionable feedback, ensuring continuous improvement of the team’s abilities. - Build Rapport:
Establish and maintain positive relationships with homeowners to foster trust and offer solutions for home improvement needs. - Deliver Compelling Pitches:
Confidently communicate the benefits and features of DaBella’s products. - Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals/quotas. - Field Navigation:
Safely operate a company‑provided van; a valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. - Training:
Complete all entry‑level canvasser training as part of onboarding.
