• Review commercial moving project proposals to define timelines, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Develop, refine, and ensure compliance with project plans and scopes of work.
• Produce and present comprehensive project reports using Total Trak and other reporting tools.
• Coordinate contractor activities to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget.
• Oversee billing processes, including the review and approval of vendor invoices.
• Identify project scope changes and manage them through change orders or contract amendments.
• Maintain consistent communication with contractors to secure timely updates and accurate documentation.
• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve contractor issues and overcome project obstacles.
• Conduct evaluations such as claims reviews and client satisfaction assessments post-move.
• Lead and support team members to guarantee quality and timeliness in task completion.
• Apply risk management strategies to prevent delays and cost overruns in relocation projects.
• Stay informed on industry best practices and integrate them into project methodologies.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project.
• Strong organisational, time management, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience in the moving or relocation industry is preferred.
