Position SummaryThe Director of Finance and IT will drive operational excellence, manage resources, and lead teams to support V3 Sports’ goals.
Reporting StructureReports directly to the Executive Director and collaborates with senior leadership.
Key ResponsibilitiesManage financial reports, analytics, budgets, and oversee assets and compliance.
Lead finance and IT departments, participate in strategic planning, and manage vendors.
Additional responsibilities as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or JD preferred.
- 8-10 years of professional experience in nonprofit, foundation, public, or corporate sectors.
- Managerial experience in finance management.
- Strong understanding of nonprofit accounting (GAAP), compliance, and financial systems.
- Leadership skills to motivate and develop staff, and establish positive relationships.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work collaboratively.
- Office environment with hybrid work (minimum 3 days in-office).
- Some travel may be required.
$125,000 - $135,000, with a commitment to equity and pay parity.
