A leading staffing agency in Minneapolis is seeking Maintenance Tech II or III for a direct hire position. The successful candidate will support a large subsidized housing building by performing preventative maintenance, repairs, and preparing units. Applicants should have at least 2 years of residential building maintenance experience and must possess a valid driver's license. Benefits include health and dental insurance, paid time off, and a 403B matching plan.
An on-call rotation will be required during weeknight evenings and weekends.
