As a Route Service Technician, you’ll independently manage an assigned route servicing existing clients — cleaning restrooms, maintaining dispensers, delivering supplies, and ensuring top-tier presentation standards. This role is for someone who takes pride in their work, values customer relationships, and enjoys autonomy while being part of a high-performing team.

• Perform regular restroom cleaning and odor control services to Fikes standards
• Stock and maintain dispensers and hygiene equipment
• Deliver and rotate inventory to ensure accurate par levels
• Communicate proactively with clients and office support on service updates
• Identify opportunities for additional products or services (upsells)
• Represent Fikes with professionalism and positive energy at every stop

• Quarterly bonus potential up to $300, based on:
• Inventory management and product enforcement
• Quality of work (mystery inspections and supervisor reviews)
• Positive habits and teamwork
• Upsells and relationship building

• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and physically able to lift 40+ lbs.
