Field Engineer

Summary

• Entry‑Level Field Technician opening in Woodbury, MN. Full‑time, year‑round position with opportunity for advancement.
• Comprehensive training provided during onboarding.
• Starting Pay: $22.00/Hour + 1.5x Overtime. Employees typically earn between $50,000‑$60,000 with overtime their first year.
• Candidates must be open to travel as much as 75%. The majority of travel will be regional and drivable. Company vehicle provided, all travel time, expenses, lodging and daily per diem are paid for by company.

• Assist in locating sewer laterals using a portable electronic signal device
• Identify, locate and map the location and depth of sewer utilities
• Complete accurate locates within required deadlines
• Communicate with home/business owners
• Send updated information to the office team to update maps and blueprints.

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Recent experience working in a field‑based / hands‑on capacity
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to travel and work overtime
• Valid Drivers License
• Lift up to 50 lbs

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Minneapolis, MN.

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr.
