Job Description
We are looking to add a Facilities Specialist to join our Office Services team in St. Louis Park, MN

This role supports the maintenance and operation of general office environments in partnership with the office administrator and Tech Support team. Responsibilities include daily facility upkeep, ensuring a professional appearance, and managing office supplies and related tasks.
Responsibilities- Oversee general office environments in partnership with office administrator and Tech Support team.
- Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and set up duties, daily throughout facility.
- Be proactive in maintaining highly professional appearance (inside and out) of all areas of the facility to include equipment, furniture, etc. without significant direction.
- Maintain inventories of snacks, drinks, cleaning and maintenance supplies, tools, offsite storage, (if applicable), and the ability to purchase, pick up, and deliver to the office.
- Primary back up for the office administrator and their daily duties as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality of information attained through working relationships with all levels of employees.
- Education:
High School Diploma required. - Experience:
0-2 years general office experience, insurance industry preferred, but not required. - Skills:
General knowledge and skills in minor carpentry, painting, general repair, maintenance, and project management. Capable of driving a motor vehicle with a trailer, maintaining a valid driver’s license and insurance. Familiar with the methods, tools, materials, and equipment used in facility maintenance and be able to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and negligible amounts frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, or pull objects. - Technical

Strong planning and organizational skills by efficiently managing resources for projects to ensure quality outcomes within budget. Exhibit initiative and resourcefulness in independently identifying and solving problems, and they are adaptable, effectively responding to changing conditions while balancing enterprise or client strategies and objectives.

The salary range for Minnesota residents is $41,400– $62,000. Compensation is based on several factors, including, but not limited to, education, work experience and industry certifications.
