General Description
Responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing all production and support equipment to ensure safe, efficient, and continuous operations.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical machinery repairs
- Provide PLC hardware support for the facility
- Troubleshoot machinery and equipment malfunctions
- Maintain organized and accessible diagrams, drawings, records, and documentation
- Perform preventive maintenance activities, including oiling, greasing, and cleaning
- Perform ladder and platform work as required
- Respond promptly to equipment malfunction reports
- Document all maintenance work completed
- Maintain regular and consistent attendance
- Follow ISO procedures and safety standards
- Work weekends as required
- Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned by the supervisor
- Ability to read and understand hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical symbols and circuit diagrams (formal training preferred)
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Legible handwriting and clear documentation skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
