This position is ideal for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, takes pride in quality, and is excited to grow their responsibilities over time—including supporting sales efforts and operational improvements as Sparkle Squad expands in the West Minneapolis–Maple Grove–Eden Prairie area.

Core Service Responsibilities

• Perform residential and commercial window cleaning with precision and care.
• Utilize industry‑standard tools and techniques for optimal results.
• Inspect windows and surrounding areas for damage or maintenance needs and communicate findings clearly.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client questions professionally.
• Maintain equipment and follow all safety protocols.
• Work efficiently to meet scheduled appointments and deadlines.
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve service delivery.
• Represent Sparkle Squad professionally and help build strong, long‑term customer relationships.
• Identify opportunities for additional services or repeat work and communicate them to customers or management.
• Support basic sales efforts such as referrals, upsells, or on‑site recommendations as comfort and experience grow.
• Assist with operational tasks as the company scales, which may include:
• Training new team members
• Helping refine processes and workflows
• Supporting scheduling, routing, or job preparation
• Take increasing ownership and responsibility as the business grows, with opportunities for expanded roles and leadership over time.

• Previous experience in window cleaning or a related field preferred, but not required for the right candidate.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in high‑quality work.
• Ability to work at heights and safely use ladders.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer‑focused mindset.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
• Team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills.
