Kenwood Gables Apartments (127‑unit property)

Full‑Time, 40 hours per week. Emergency on‑call is optional and can be pursued for additional compensation.

Starting at $29 per hour. Highland Management Group pays for education, training, licensing (e.g., Boiler/CPO) and exam fees.

• Ensure resident satisfaction through regular upkeep of the property, including preventative maintenance, repair, and replacement.
• Complete maintenance requests from residents as received on work orders.
• Inspect fire extinguishers, smoke detectors, boilers, pools (if applicable) and complete inspections & reports.
• Maintain knowledge of water and gas meter shut‑offs, apartment fixture shut‑off locations, and sewer clean‑outs.
• Assure cleanliness and good repair of vacant units.
• Report projected expenses to the Property Manager for maintenance and service.
• Other miscellaneous tasks as requested by managers.
