What You’ll Do- Perform installing, assembling, servicing, and repairing Aerzen products at our location and customer sites.
- Provide prompt, professional, and high‑quality service to customers.
- Perform startups, equipment inspections, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
- Install, configure, calibrate, and maintain control, measurement, and indicating instrumentation (pneumatic, analog, digital).
- Term‑inate electrical, pneumatic, and fluid connections; understand control narratives and troubleshoot process applications.
- Analyze and correct communication issues, including TCP/IP and RS‑485 networks.
- Conduct repairs and assemble Aerzen products, assess damage, evaluate failures, and diagnose problems.
- Read and use equipment diagrams, checklists, engineering drawings, and other documentation.
- Communicate with customers about job requirements, recommendations, and status updates.
- Assist engineering in plant design, modifications, and hazard analysis.
- Complete written repair reports documenting cause, work performed, materials, and equipment condition.
- Provide customer training on Aerzen products when on site.
- High School Diploma or associate degree (2 years) in electronics technology or a related field.
- 5+ years of field experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Over 4 years of Field Service and Repair experience.
- Ability to read and interpret diagrams (dimensions, assembly, electrical).
- Proficiency with micrometer, dial indicator, feeler gauges, and coordinate measuring tools.
- Regular use of forklift, ladder, hand tools, power tools, welding, calibrated measurement devices, and hydraulic equipment.
- Clean driving record.
