Overview
Lewis Brisbois, a full-service Am Law 100 firm, is actively seeking a litigation associate attorney to join its Minneapolis, MN office. This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including business and commercial litigation, employment law, products liability, and toxic tort.
Responsibilities- Manage all aspects of discovery.
- Handle court appearances, depositions, motion practice, and case files independently.
- Conduct thorough research, brief writing, and oral advocacy.
- At least three (3) years of civil litigation experience.
- Experience managing all aspects of discovery.
- Strong research, brief writing, and oral advocacy skills.
- Admission to the Minnesota Bar is required.
